Specialist Dental Assistant

Main Responsibilities:
Assist specialists in advanced clinical and dental procedures.
Prepare, sterilize, and manage specialist dental instruments.
Ensure high standards of infection control during specialist treatments.
Maintain cleanliness of clinic facilities, ensuring readiness for specialist procedures.
Ensure patient comfort throughout specialist treatments.
Perform desk duties with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Train and mentor junior dental assistants as needed.
Assist with inventory management for specialist instruments.
Handle any ad hoc duties as requested by the Supervisor or Specialist.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, assisting in specialist procedures such as endodontics, orthodontics, or prosthodontics.
Strong ability to work independently, with excellent decision-making skills and proactive initiative in a specialist environment.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills for patient care.
High attention to detail in infection control and handling specialized instruments.
Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and maintain high clinical standards.
Familiarity with specialized dental procedures, equipment, and materials is required.
